It is a 3 room apartment measuring 38 sq. meters or 410 sq. feet. There is a dining room, living room, bedroom as well as a separate kitchen, bathroom and toilets. It has been decorated very tastefully with antiques, objects and artwork in the style of the French boudoirs of the 18th and 19th centuries, floors are wood parquet, Versailles style and stone (in the dining room and kitchen) with persian rugs.
