The rooms are of a good size, and as there are several communal areas, Casa Cuarenta is especially suitable for groups. The house has three bedrooms, two living rooms, an artist’s studio, a dining room, kitchen, bathroom and a toilet. The upstairs living room is arranged in such a way that one part can be partitioned to create further sleeping accommodation for two. Outside, to the rear of the house, an enclosed and well-planted garden with a long terrace as well as various other sitting areas offers both sun and shade.
