The villa has a private gated entrance with 24 hours personnel. It is located just off of the area's main highway that leads to San Martin de los Andres, the charming town bordering the Lacar Lake, only 5 minutes away. This spacious cabin has 3 bedrooms with full bathrooms and sleeps 6 to 8 people comfortably. On the main level you find the spacious living and dining rooms with a fireplace and decorating antiques, including old imported British rail equipment. The downstairs level hosts a full bar, wine collection and a pool table for guests’ entertainment. Also, a private sauna for 6 to 8 people can be used all year. Upstairs you find the main room with a King size bed, beautiful views of the woods and the water and a full bathroom with a Jacuzzi-jet equipped bath tub and a separate private shower. A second room is also located on the upstairs level with 2 queen size beds and its own private bathroom. The third room is located in the bottom level and has its own bathroom as well. All rooms are equipped with cable TV (DirecTV) and wireless internet. All full bathrooms are equipped with Jacuzzi jets bath tubs. The home is equipped with laundry and drying machines, full kitchen and the common amenities of a comfortable home (TV, music equipment, etc). Maintenance is available at any time.
