On the ground floor there is a beautifully furnished communal lounge with leather sofas, flat screen TV (Sky Freeview channels) and DVD. Open plan from the lounge is a dining area and kitchen. The bedrooms each with an en-suite shower, toilet and handbasin are arranged as follows: Ground Floor: One single bedroom 1st floor: One bedroom with double bed. One bedroom with 2 single beds - this bedroom also has its own private terrace. 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds. Top floor: Laundry room and roof terrace for use by guests. Choice of full English breakfast or continental. Optional packed lunches from 5 Euros per person can be provided. Optional evening meals/supper dishes from 8 Euros per person. The kitchen is also at guests disposal to make snacks and drinks during the day or a simple meal at night. Complimentary tea and coffee provided at all times.
