Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one double and one triple with an extra pull out bed. Downstairs, there is a shower room with wc and a large open plan sitting/dining/kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped with full electric over and hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffeee maker and dishwasher. The lounge is comfortably furnished and there is ample seating. The property is accessed via its own small canopied terrace, which is furnished for al fresco dining. It overlooks the shares pool, which is fenced and alarmed and has terrace, decking, sun loungers and shades. There is a communal barbeque area. This gite has a wood burner, just lovely for cosy spring and autumn breaks! The property has a large grass play area with football, badminton, volleyball and a play frame for small children. There is also table tennis and boules. Laundry facilities are available. The propery has direct access to miles of pathways through unspoilt countryside for walking or cycling. The property is tranquil but not isolated with lovely views across the valley.
