The Townhouse villa offers the following: Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, main bedroom en suite. 2nd full bathroom, plus a separate toilet. Both bathrooms have a shower over the bath and a toilet. A full set of linen is provided on the beds for each tenant ie max 4 Downstairs: Open plan lounge/ dining area with a counter top open into the kitchen TV with DSTV, with PVR, CD and DVD player in the lounge. Kitchen fully equipped, with microwave, fridge/freezer, gas stove top and electric oven. Back courtyard area outside and under cover,has a double wash sink, automatic washing machine and wash line.
