The home provides spacious living accommodation over three floors and has many private terrace and balconies which enjoy the beautiful views across the valley. Casa Rustico is a beautifuly restored farmhouse. It has maintained traditional features and been restored with care in a rustic style. It is furnished with traditional design furniture that complements the style of the farmhouse. The entrance is on the first floor. Here you find a spacious living area with sofa, dining table and chairs, leading directly to a spacious balcony suitable for al fresco dining and enjoying the Italian sunshine. This floor also has a fully fitted kitchen with hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee maker and kettle. A staircase leads to the ground floor and a further staircase leads to the second floor. The ground floor has a double bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower room and separate utility room with washing machine. The bedroom has direct access to another private covered terrace area. The first floor has a large double bedroom and spacious bathroom with bath. Child beds, cot and highchair are available on request. The holiday house comfortably sleeps 4 adults with plenty of space to add child beds as required. We provide linen and towels.
