Cherry Cottage is a charming 18th Century stone cottage with its own garden in the tranquil mountain hamlet of Pech. It has been recently restored and provides a 'home away from home' for your holiday in the French Pyrenees. The cottage has 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with a double and a single bed) upstairs, and a spacious living room (TV and video player) and kitchen with all the mod cons including microwave and dishwasher. The living room has a wood burning stove and comfortable sofa bed should it be needed. Both rooms boast stunning views of the mountains. The bathroom has a shower and also houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. The cottage is situated in a very quiet cul de sac with almost no traffic except for the other people living in the Quartier. It has a garden diagonally opposite with swing seat and BBQ and great views. The cottage is suitable for families with children and there is a cot and highchair available. James and Cathy own the cottage, and live in the same Quartier so are on hand for advice about the area and what to do. James is an International Mountain Leader and they jointly run an activity holiday company, Marmot Tours Ltd, from their home and base in the Pyrenees. The cottage has plenty information available on local activities, sightseeing and suggested day trips etc.
