You have the BEST ACCESS TO POOLS AND GARDENS and CARPARKING OUTSIDE FRONT ENTRANCE enabling easier offloading for luggage, golf equipment and shopping etc. The large Lounge/Dining room which is amply furnished with two comfy sofas, dining table and chairs and coffee tables pictures etc., and has UK SKYtv, DVD and also radio/cassette/CD leads out onto a lovely Spanish ceramic tiled terrace which has table and chairs and sunloungers and overlooks one of the large pools, set in lawned landscaped gardens with VIEWS to the golf course and Mijas mountains beyond.There are several pools on the complex one being a childrens and all are MANNED BY LIFEGUARDS during the summer season. The complex is GATED AND SECURE. There is a double bedroom featuring overhead canopy with aircon/heating installed, ample cupboards and wardrobe space. Patio doors lead out onto the terrace from here also with wonderful views over the gardens and pools beyond. There is an ensuite bathroom with full bath, shower over, wc and marble washbasin with mirror and lights above. There is a hairdryer for guests use. The second twin-bedded bedroom furnished in pinewood also has patio doors leading out onto the secluded lawned garden and it has it's own shower-room with large walk-in shower, wc and marble washbasin with mirror and lights above. There is a fan for cooling and a heater. Ample cupboards and wardrobe space. There is a hairdryer for guests use. The bright and airy modern kitchen is fully equipped with frige/freezer, microwave,dishwasher, washing machine and hob/oven. Plenty of storage space. From here you can walk through to the new Breakfast Room which has table and four chairs with overhead fan, making it a lovely place to start the day. There is a bookcase with plenty of books to read over your holiday. Open the french doors and walk out into a private, secluded lawned garden.

Local Area Details

The apartment is situated in a low-rise Mediterranean complex within outstanding landscaped gardens featuring several pools. The area is laid to lawn. This is a private and gated community. Adjacent to the apartment is the lovely Tamisa golf 4* Hotel with its lovely terrace/pool and Restaurant/Bar. You may use the facilities of this hotel which has an indoor pool and gym also. Enquire at Desk. Hairdressing and Beauty Shop by appointment. A short walk away is a small park which is laid out for BBQs (free use of) and has an open-air bar making a pleasant place to spend time relaxing in and meeting new friends. Numerous restaurants are in the area both English, Spanish and International some with Menus of the Day with wine, soft drinks at all-inclusive prices offering very good value. A few minutes by car are the larger towns of Fuengirola, La Cala and the quaint mountain village of Mijas. You will find all you need for everyday life with many supermarkets (Iceland, Dunnes, Lidls) all close by and many venues for nightlife and family entertainment.There is a large Aquapark close by for a wonderful day out on water slides and other water themed rides. There are numerous golf courses in the area. Wonderfully clean beaches are close by as is the Port and Marina of Fuengirola with some nice restaurants/bars to sit at outside the water's edge and 'people watch' whilst having a cooling drink (or two!!) Puerto Banus and Marbella are a 30 minute drive and Gibraltar can be reached by toll road approx 1hr+ (remember to take passports and allow for Border control). There is a large Tuesday market at Fuengirola Fairground selling everything from fruit, veg, clothing and ceramics. Some good souvenirs to find here also.
