A breakfast bar between the kitchen and lounge provides guests with a spacious open plan living and dining area. The kitchen has all modern appliances including an electric oven, gas hobs, microwave, washer/drier etc. The lounge also has a double sofa bed, two reclining leather chairs with reading lamps positioned for a relaxing read or for watching TV or a DVD. There is a twin bedded room with fitted wardrobes and dressing table and a shower room adjacent to this with shower, toilet and washbasin.
