Villa with swimmingpool in a large parc Italy

Prices from €50 per Night
This house was built by my grand parents from the 1955 to the 1960. It is 150 square meters. It has a large kitchen, fully equipped with kitchen utensils, and a big living room with large windows on the garden. There are three double bedrooms each with two single beds, one single bedroom, and two bathrooms. The house is fully furnished. Right outside the villa there is a swimming pool. One side is shallow (1 meter), the other rather deep (3 meters). All around the villa there is a beautiful garden of 20,000 square meters with olive trees, orange trees and pine trees. The villa is inside the property of our family and my parents live close by in an other villa. The house can guest maximum 9 people. The house is not available from the beginning of December till the end of March. The parc is alive! Three small dogs are free to run in the parc and are always looking for people to play with. They are harmless and very friendly.

About Local Attrcations

Alghero soul was never fully sardinian. Founded by Dorians in the 12th century to protect the mercantile traffic with Genoa, in 1354 he Aragonese conquered it. opulated by the Catalans, it remained in iberians hands for over 350 years, giving it its half-Spanish characther. Today it is called little Barcelona, with the movida animating its nightlife. Numerous art titbits are found in the old town, starting at piazza Civica, along various buildings and churches, from which the polychromatic and majolica.tiled San Micele symbol-cupola stands out.
Bosa dominated by the towers of a castle built in 1112 by the Malaspina. Back then,Bosa rose again after a medieval decadence period. But following the historic path one reaches its origin: first a Phoenician settlement and then Roman city. The centiries and the successive conquests added their fascination, amplified by the TEmo, the river on which Bosa lies. the town welcomes with its pastel-coloured houses rising vertically in the medieval quarter of Sa Costa. Further on are the antiue tanneries, Sas Conzas, on the southern bank. Not far away, a jewel: the Romanaesue-Pisan chrch of San Pietro. Additonal treasures are the artisan traditions, from the filigree to the fillet (tytpical lace)
