ACCOMMODATION: The master bedroom contains a double bed, fitted wardrobe, bedside cabinets and bedside lamps. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, a bedside cabinet with a bedside lamp and a fitted wardrobe. The bathroom contains a bath with shower attachment, bidet, toilet and washbasin, plus an electric socket (Spanish) suitable for shavers, hair dryers etc. There is air conditioning in the lounge and the master bedroom. The kitchen contains everything necessary for your stay including a fridge freezer; electric cooker with 4 electric hobs, microwave cooker, electric washing machine, electric kettle and coffee maker, ironing board etc. The lounge contains a dining table and 4 chairs, a lounge suite with a pull out sofa bed, along with a television that receives English speaking channels. The apartment will take a maximum of 5. EXTERIOR FURNITURE & FACILITIES A patio containing a garden table and 4 chairs connects to the lounge and to the master bedroom. There is a private pool and sun bathing area. The underground garage is secure, access is obtained by a remotely controlled garage door. DISTANCE TO AIRPORT, BEACH & ENTERTAINMENT: Alicante airport is about 50Km and takes less than 1 hour. San Javier is about 40Km and takes about 45 minutes. Collection and delivery can easily be arranged. The coast is about 100meters along a quiet cul - de - sac. The nearest sandy beach is about a 10 minute walk through a pleasant suburban development, it is featured in the photos and contains a beach bar which is open till quite late during the summer. A great way to spend an evening. CAR HIRE: A car is not essential for the beach, entertainment or shopping.
