BayScape is a wonderland, three bedroom cottage set on a point on Georgian Bay. The quiet neighbourly setting, sandy beach and beautiful shore-line surrounded by wind swept pines will mesmerize anyone fortunate enough to spend their vacation here. Not only is BayScape situated on Georgian Bay; it is in the heart of the 30,000 islands. The opportunity to explore thousands of uninhabited islands is all around you. BayScape features 4 watercraft and a detached Games Room!! The property is level and has many types of trees that provide you with shade during the day. There are two small sandy beaches for young children and the dock is situated in deep water providing jumping opportunities for the more adventurous. (Diving is not recommended) An 8 hp boat and motor, canoe, kayak, peddle boat, row boat, life jackets and accessories, 2 adult mountain bikes, fire pit, crochet and horseshoe pits are included for your use. Loungers, beach toys, and accessories are perfect for Mom, Dad and kids!. The kitchen is fully equipped with all new Maytag appliances including a dishwasher and everything else you need for a great bbq or gormet meal. Both kitchen and living room have cathedral ceilings and air conditioning with a panorama of windows for that unforgetable view.BayScape's living room is very cozy. All the furniture recline and the books, movies and adult games are enjoyed here. The glass front wood stove is loved by all during the winter months and the air conditioner cools things off nicely in the summer. BayScape has one level with no stairs and all the bedrooms have their own themes. The Master bedroom (queen) is decorated with Moose. How appropriate! Maybe you'll see one on your vacation! The second bedroom (queen) is called the Bear bedroom. You'll love the hand crafted multi-wood Bear center peice and the hand made quilt on the bed. All 3 bedrooms have beautiful hand made quiltsp/pThe bathroom was toally redone in 2002. We cut out a large closet and designed a laundry facility in the hall. We added a massage jet tub for the final touch! The Games Room is awesome! It's filled with all sorts of games for everyone. Super Nintendo with children's games, air hockey, and darts are the main attractions here. A piano, board games, puzzles, books and toys help to pass the time. There is an intercom system so you can talk or listen to anyone from the cottage.p/pThe Sunroom is an extra room with screened glass windows so you can enjoy the breeze without the bugs during the spring. Many guests enjoy this area in the evening.
