Island View sits on a piece of Canada's famous Canadian Shield. There are a few stairs from the beach to the house but not as many as one may think. Because the property is 4 levels high, it looks further from the water then it actually is. The road is paved right up to the drive and your only 15 minutes away from Parry Sound, Golfing and all other area attractions. Horse back riding is 5 minutes away. The kitchen is something else! Everything you could imagine. Perfect for cheifs and entertaining. Eat breatfast in the kitchen and dinner in the dinning room. A sitting room, family room with built in library, a 1/2 bath and a deck spanning the front of the house are located on the main level. New leather furniture has been purchased for the family room and will be present for 2004 bookings. The Master Bedroom spans 1/2 of the second level. Very private and spacious featuring a double jacuzzi with an amzing view of the bay. A 1/2 bath is adjacent to a large walk-in shower and sauna centrally located for all to enjoy and a second bedroom is located across the hall (double). The 3rd level has 2 queen size beds.
