There are two full bathrooms (one on each floor). The main floor bathroom has a beautiful clawfoot tub. The main floor bedroom has french doors that open out into a large eat-in, screened-in porch. Peak season includes the two weeks at Christmas and New Year. Peak summer season starts June 21 and ends September 11. During Spring and Autumn the cottage is also available on weekends: $695 for two days; $200 for each additional day. There is a $130 charge for cleaning and a $500 totally refundable security deposit required.
