With seperate living, dinning and family rooms, there is ample space to spread out and relax. The family room has an open plan aspect to the kitchen and breakfast area and includes multi channell cable T.V Video and C.D Player, with the patio door leading directley to the pool area(all doors leading to pool area are fitted with child safety alarms). The living room is seperated from the family room and is a pleasent area for the kids or adults to unwind and also includes a T.V. The kitchen is fitted with every appliance you should require. The master bedroom contains a king size bed with ample bedroom furniture and a large walk in closet, the en-suite bathroom comprises of oval bath, double shower cubicle, hand basins and seperate toilet, with diredt access to the pool area. The remaining 3 bedrooms are situated away from the main family room and consist of 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms all with built in wardrobes. An additional sofa bed is located in the living room. The family bathroom is situated close to these bedrooms and contains a bath, shower, toilet and wash basin. All amenities are included i.e microwave,dishwasher,waste disposal,iron etc. Ample bedlinnen and towels are supplied along with waher & dryer. The oversized 30ft swimming pool over looks a conservation area and a West facing aspect means the sun shines from mid morning until sunset. The patio area is fully screened to keep insects at bay, poolside table,chairs and sun loungers are supplied.
