Dear Thank you for inquiring regarding the villa Alicia. We have a three-bedroom villa with an 8m by 4m pool and a large garden. We are in a quiet area but only five minutes away from Javea coast with its shops, restaurants, discos and lovely sandy beaches. There is also a golf course nearby and a couple of restaurants within walking distance of the villa. We can arrange car hire for you, if you wish, with discount. We have a barbecue area next to the pool and there are sun lounges and a patio area with tables and chairs. The front room is a large, long room with living area, dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, new cooker and microwave. There is a washing machine in the shed. There is also a babies highchair ,iron with ironing board. There is a double bedroom that contains a double pine bed, pine furniture and a cot. This bedroom also , has an En- Suite bathroom. One of the other bedrooms has twin beds, chests of drawers and wardrobe. The last bedroom has a bunk bed with a single upper and a double lower bed, fitted drawer units and wardrobe. There is a shower room with a half bath, toilet and washbasin. There are fans in all the rooms. And we also leave a game machine for the children. Also childrens videos for when its to hot outside. Also there is a starter food pack for when you arrive. Bookings are now being taken for June up until the end of Sept.next year. Prices range from £550-750 per week depending on the amount of people and high or low season. The villa sleeps 7 people plus cot. If you do wish to book, we ask for 25 % deposit to be paid on booking and the final amount to be paid 45 days before your holiday.
