Villa Vita Nova is a lovely villa in a secluded residential cul-de-sac. It is situated in the heart of Benalmadena Costa, just minutes walk from the sandy beaches and the bustling yacht marina. All the amenities are just minutes walk away - shops, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket, and tourist attractions. Golf courses are within easy reach and the villa is suitable for all age groups. The rooms in the villa are large, bright and spacious. We have a pool which is solar heated, table tennis, and both shade and sunny patio areas including a roof top terrace. We also have a pool table, table tennis and satellite TV. There is a BBQ area near the pool. There are 3 bedrooms, one with king size bed, and two twin bedded rooms. In the lounge there is a single sofa bed and in the dining room a double sofa bed. There are 3 bathrooms one with a jacuzzi. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas & electric hob, oven, microwave, etc and there is a washing machine. The seperate dining room seats 8.
