It is located 8 minutes by walk to the center of Yalikavak and 3 minutes by car to the most popular 2 beaches,15 km away from the center of Bodrum, 1,5 km to the supermarkets Migros and Gimma. It is 2 minutes by car to the Yalikavak marina. Electric, gas, water and pool maintenance is included into the price. I also would like to mention that there are chickens and a very friendly dog in the garden (i mention pets in advance, some guests may not like) We have house keeper, every day cleans the outside (pool area), collects garbage and does the pool care.
