Interesting location this light, airy tastefully decorated apartment with its large private roof terrace on the water front of the beautiful marina at Gruissan. You can dine in the various restaurants around the waterside, in the village of Gruissan or enjoy a barbecue on the balcony watching the boats come and go. From the apartment and roof terrace there are uninterrupted views of the Pyrennes, the village of Gruissan with its old castle and the marina. The accommodation is on two levels - on the first level there is a well equipt gallery kitchen with hob, firdge, mireowave, the dining area leading out to a large balcony for outside dining, here there is a barbecue. On this level is the bathroom with bath/shower and washing machine. The open plan stair-case leads to the second level where there is a large double bedroom which overlooks the terrace with the door leading out to the terrace where there are sun lounges. The lounge area overlooks the marina, there is satelitte TV with the facility to play PAL videos and a music centre. 2003 was the first year we have rented out our apartment and we have received very complimentary comments from guests about their stay in our apartment and spending their holiday in this beautiful area.
