The villa is situated in a quiet area between Calpe and Moraira, La Fustera has a small sandy beach with a beach bar,Lifeguards and climbing frames for the children in the summer months. Close to the beach is an English run bar serving good food with regular entertainment, there are other bars/restarants in the area too, and a well stocked supermarket. The main villa has 3 bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms, 2 have sea views and 1 has it's own terrace, there is a fitted kitchen lounge and dining room leading onto a covered naya with a barbacue, going down some steps to the pool terrace there is a 1 bedroom self contained apartment that can sleep up to 4 people. On the pool terrace is a jacuzzi and another barbacue for dining around the pool on warm summer evenings, there are ample sunbeds and a seperate enterance which leads back up to the drive where there is enough parking space for 4 cars and a garage which has a washing machine for your use.
