Our superb villa has many extras for that perfect holiday whether you are visiting theme parks, playing golf, fishing the 'Largemouth Bass Capital of the World' or visiting Central Florida's many and diverse attractions. It is fully air-conditioned throughout and has a traditional great room, high ceilings and ceiling fan. Our villa has a formal dining area for those special meals. The lounge area has comfortable seating for all, a full LED HD 1080 flat screen television, multi region DVD player, Playstation 2, CD, a selection of games and books suitable for all ages. Patio doors lead directly onto the covered lanai. Fully equipped kitchen with range of appliances including cooker, fridge/freezer with ice line, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle and ample crockery and cutlery. Although the villa has WiFi there is also a desktop computer for use. All bedrooms have ceiling fans to compliment the air conditioning and pillow top mattresses. Master suite with king size bed, LCD television, telephone, clock radio, walk in closet, views of the golf course and patio doors leading to the lanai. The en suite shower room has a large shower and also direct access to the lanai and pool. Second master suite with queen bed, television, clock radio, full length mirror, large closet and ensuite bathroom. Two further twin bedded rooms each with televisions and plenty of wardrobe space. These 2 bedrooms share a third family bathroom. Laundry facilities comprise large washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board. Games room/garage has a football table, air hockey table and electronic darts board. For our youngest guests we provide free use of a cot, highchair and buggy. The covered lanai is a great place to escape the tropical sun and benefits from a ceiling fan for to keep you cool by day and by night the area is great place to relax with a cocktail or perhaps a BBQ at the end of a busy day. Look out onto the golf course from the sun loungers or a patio table and chairs. Florida glass has been added to the base of the pool screen for additional privacy whilst in the pool or basking in the sun. The pool has been upgraded to salt water filtered for a more pleasant swim with no red eyes and no fading of swim wear. All towels, including pool towels, and bed linens are provided free of charge. We also provide free local and national telephone calls. The pool conforms to the latest State pool safety guidelines and has a removable safety fence and child locks on the rear doors and windows.
