Accommodation Villa Mavi is a luxurious well appointed Mediterranean style villa, comfortably accommodating 6 adults and 2 children. It is tastefully decorated with Turkish antiques giving a taste of Turkish traditionalism but with all the modern conveniences. The kitchen is gourmet quality with granite worktops, a stainless steel gas hob and extractor fan, electric fan forced oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and all kitchen accessories required for your stay. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, triple door wardrobe, wrought iron bedside tables with unique handcrafted bedside lights. There is a retreat and balcony with outdoor setting overlooking the pool and gardens. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and lamp with access to a balcony. The 3rd bedroom has 3 foot wide adult bunk beds, wardrobe and bedside table and lamp and a balcony with outdoor setting to enjoy the sunset. The bedrooms are all individually decorated and airconditioned. Both bathrooms are designed with modern wall hung fixtures and European style tiles. The main bathroom upstairs is a wetroom with a large shower, toilet and handbasin and quality accessories and the guest bathroom downstairs has a shower, handbasin and toilet. The dining room/lounge/kitchen is a spacious open plan. The outdoor dining area can be accessed through double sliding doors from the formal dining room, ideal for private intimate dinners by candlelight or a BBQ for the family in privacy. All windows and doors in the villa have insect screens for your protection. The salon has seating for 6 with 1 x 3 seater sofa, 1 x 2 seater sofa and an armchair and Ottoman style table. Enjoy sipping tea whilst sitting around the Ottoman style table. A unique experience. Instructions, teapot and Turkish tulip tea glasses are included in your kitchen accessories. The formal dining room has a table and 6 chairs with Turkish fabric wallhangings. Privacy is one of the main features of these villas. We are a family owned business with a native English speaking contact person. Outdoors/Garden The villa is one of 5 set in manicured gardens (1275 sq metres) with a 360 view of the surrounding mountains. A large 60 sq m swimming pool which has been designed for the non-swimmer as well as the more experienced with depths from 90cm to 160cm and operates from May until October inclusively. There are sunbeds with cushions, an umbrella and outdoor dining setting for six at your disposal. Each villa boasts its very own orange and lemon trees with established flowering shrubs and colourful trees to complete this idealic vista.
