This block of apartments/flats is situated in one of the nicest areas in Imerovigli village. The apartments are very clean and well looked after. The apartments combine the traditional architecture with some modern features. Overall they have simple decoration like the old houses in Santorini used to have. Most of them are built in the rock. The flats can accommodate from 2 to 5 persons. Each one has a master bedroom (in some of them it is an open plan bedroom/living room/kitchen) with double bed and sometimes they have two, depending on the size of the flat and on how many persons they will accommodate. They all have a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom or two, depending on how big they are. All the flats have a semi-private balcony/veranda that face Thirassia island and the village of Ia(Oia), as well as the volcano. Someone can enjoy the sun passing over and then touching the far end of Ia and then dive into the dark blue waters of the Aegean sea. The flats sit on one of the highest points in the area, compared to other private villas, apartments and hotels, but nevertheless, there are approximately 50 steps to the entrance.
