It is an independent residence with a spacious garden including a large lawn, numerous mature trees, fruit orchard, olive groves and a small woodland. There are numerous outdoor dining areas and a play area for children. The swimming pool is 12m x 4m with a universal depth of 1.30 m (ensures the water temperature remains high).
