The property has 3 bedrooms Room 1 = Queen bed, Room 2 =1 single and 2 sets of bunks, Room 3= 2 single and 1 set of bunks, the living dining room also has 2 beds, plus a sofa and 2 easy chairs + Table and chairs. All beds are equipped with 2 blankets a warm cover and 2 pillows. The kitchen has a full stove , fridg-freezer and is fully equipped with cultery, crockery & saucepans, pans etc. the laundry /bathroom has a automatic washing machine, plus shower, handbasin ,Tub & toilet. All rooms with the exception of kitchen&laundry have warm floor \The only requirements needed are}: Sleeping bags ,Towels,Food and Personal belongings. This property is not fenced. We are a SHEEP & BEEF PROPERTY situated approx 26km East of Eltham (Central Taranaki, Our property boundaries Lake Rotorangi for approx 13 km with a good walking track or a 4x4 wheel drive in good weather. The lake offers Water Skiing, and Leisure trips. People staying may partake in farming activities if approved by the Owners
