Booking / damage deposit of £100 is required. The full amount of the rental must be paid at least 3 weeks prior to the first letting date. On receipt of the full amount we will post the keys and instructions on how to get there. The deposit will be returned on confirmation from our management company that the apartment has been left in good order. The keys are to be posted back to us here in Ireland following the letting period. The management company, Keyhome Services, are based in the port area and can handle any problems that may occur during the holidays. Fully equipped kitchen includes hob,oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, electric jug kettle and all pots pans etc. There is a washing machine and drying facilities in a seperate washing area. Iron and ironing board are provided. Linen and household towels are provided. When sending post from the UK an airmail stamp should be used as there can be delays if insufficient postage is applied.
