Property Information • The property is part of a small complex. • Situated within 10 minutes of San Javier (Murcia) airport. • An easy walk to the beautiful beach on the Mar Menor. The complex is a quiet community and is within walking distance of: • Shops • Bars • Restaurants • Banks • Medical facilities etc., whilst being a quiet community itself. The house consists of: • Two double bedrooms • Two twin bedrooms. • Three bathrooms, one of which is en-suite to the main bedroom. • A large lounge/dining room • Rear courtyard • Downstairs sun-terrace and upstairs terraced balcony off the main bedroom. The house is fully furnished and offers: • Air conditioning • TV • DVD/CD player • Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and microwave as well as everything you might expect to find at home Other Information • We provide all bed linen and bath towels but do ask you to bring your own beach towels. • Please note we do have a no smoking policy (apart from on the balconies and terraces) and are sorry but pets are not permitted. • You will be met at the property on arrival and don’t need to worry about washing bed linen, cleaning the property etc. on departure as this is all included in the price of your rental.
