Changeover day Generally ask guests not to arrive before 3pm and to vacate by 10am on day of departure, but there can be some flexibility if the cleaning schedule allows. If the day involved is not a changeover day, then we can be even more flexible. Outside The apartment has large grass terraces with stunning pool, garden and sea views. Garden furniture is provided. Take a swim in the huge, exceptionally well designed, infinity swimming pool (lifeguards on duty) or sun yourself in secluded sunbathing areas. There are even ponds and canals where children can play in complete safety as the water is only a few feet deep. Fountains, foot bridges, cascading waterfalls, sunken Jacuzzis and deck-chairs all add up to total beachside heaven. Stroll along for 2 mins and you will be entering the lovely gardens of the 5* Kempinski Hotel for a cocktail. Continue on for a further 4 minutes along a boardwalk to the Laguna Village, a unique and exotic collection of cafes, bars & restaurants built right on the beach! Five minutes beyond that is the magical Cruiso's beach-bar.
