In the lounge, there is a 32" flat screen TV with satellite system plus a DVD player and large selection of DVDs for your use. There is also a hi-fi with over 50 CDs to listen to. There is real luxury in this apartment. Granite worktops, marble floors and marble tiled bathrooms make it special. The lounge leads onto a fantastic HUGE, south facing terrace, where you can relax in the sun or shade all day. A large teak table means you can dine al fresco and it is the ideal place at the end of the day to put your feet up, maybe read a good book, have a glass of wine (or two) and generally relax as the sun goes down. Sleeps 4 comfortably: the master bedroom has a large king-size bed, ensuite bathroom and access to the private balcony overlooking the pool: bedroom 2 has twins beds with easy access to the separate shower room. We can also accommodate a 5th person on a sofa-bed (for a small supplement). Please note that this is only suitable for a child or small adult. The apartment has secure underground garage with easy wheelchair access straight to the apartment in the lift. A complimentary 100 kWh is included – so approximately 5-6 hours usage per day. Extra usage is charged at 25 cents (20p) per unit and will be deducted from your Security Bond. RESERVATION DEPOSIT: A 50% deposit is required to secure the apartment for your chosen dates. The balance is due 6 weeks before travel. If travel is within 8 weeks of booking the full amount must be paid. SECURITY BOND: £150 security bond required with your final payment. Refunded within 15 days of your departure (subject to inspection) once the keys have been safely received by us, and assuming no damage has been caused to the apartment. PAYMENT: Our primary method of payment is by Bank Transfer. However, for convenience payment can be made by Credit/Debit card using PayPal (subject to fee). ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE: The property is available for occupation between 17:00 and 22:00 and should be vacated by 12:00 (local times) on the day of departure, although we will try to accommodate earlier arrivals and departures where possible.
