Vac4u82 is a luxury and completely furnished house. The villa with guest house is situated on a plot of 6000 m2 and is suitable for 6 people (possibly 8 people). The house consists of a large living/dining room, one large kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms en suite, a hall and a toilet. Two bedrooms with both bathrooms en suite and a living room are situated in the guest house. The living room in the villa consists of a summer room (80 m2) and a winter room (40 m2), all on one level. The house is provided with sliding doors, double-glazing, a fire place and underfloor heating. Behind the guest room is a parking lot. The terrace in front of the house is 200 m2 and has (together with the pool) amazing view of the ocean and Faro. The entrée (300 m) is asphalted and leads to an electric fence and the driveway. The courtyard (250 m2) has a bbq and a small pond and flower boxes. Over the living room a roof terrace is situated. It is all very private and secluded. There is a jacuzzi next to the swimming pool. The villa has internet via ADSL for an additional 20 euros/week (please bring your own laptop).
