One is on the ground floor, and it is adjusted to wheelchair. There is a terace, facing garden. The other one is on the first floor. there is a balcony with the sea view. In both, kitchen, dinning area and living room are all in one, and bedroom and bathroom are separate rooms. Air conditioning, cable TV, DVD, microwave, wireless internet and parking - provided. Beautiful garden with plenty of different palm trees, magnolia and flowers. There is also a small playground for kids, garden sitting set, sun beds and BBQ. Suitable for families with children. About Weather/Climate/Temperature

More than 250 sunny days in a year. Very suitable for people with bronchial and alike diseases. Average sea temp.in summer is 25C. In the sea there is a medical mud, very efficient in treating rheumatic diseases.

About Transport

Beaches are different, some are of pebbles, some are man made of concrete, and one 'ideal for kids' is sandy (150 m away from us). To the right the water is very shallow, to the left, it gets deeper and deeper.

About Airport Information

Tivat airport is 25 km away. we provide transfer upon reqyest. Dubrovnik airport is 30 km away, but due to their regulations it's very hard to organize transfer there.

About Children Activities

We have a small playground in our garden. Sea is shallow and nearby is a sandy beach where the water is very shallow for some 200 m away from the coast. Sunbeds on most beaches are rented for 2 euros per day, sun-umbrellas for the same price. There is a space for people who don't want to use sun beds.

About Local Restaurants

All around our apts, and along the 7 km long promenade (that goes along the coast), are different restaurants. Some have a specialized cuisine, the others offer various dishes on one place. Prices are simply acceptable.
