Blue Villa is a charming holiday house located in "Praia da Falésia" (Albufeira) – only a 200 m walk away from the stunning Alfamar Hotel Beach. This spacious 2-bedroom terraced house, built in typical Algarve style with high ceilings and white washed walls, has got a large living & dining room with fireplace and sofa bed, 2 large double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (the larger one with a bathtub, the other with a modern shower), all fully furnished for your maximum comfort. There is also a stereo with cd player and a TV (4 Portuguese TV channels available). The independent kitchen is fully fitted with modern appliances (fridge freezer, cooker, oven, microwaves, washing machine, gas boiler, steam iron and ironing board), including all kitchen utensils and elegant tableware. In the front and rear of the house, there’s a lovely garden, with green grass and many flowers. There is also an external stone staircase on the back of the house leading to a panoramic roof terrace, and a shaded private parking space on the front of the property. The beautiful “Falésia Beach”, an endless stretch of fine sandy beach, with its amazing Grand Canyon-style sandy cliffs, is only a 5 minutes walk up the road. You can stroll for miles on the beach in each direction, enjoying the great beach and ocean views. You will find all amenities within walking distance: supermarkets, cafès, bars, restaurants, laundry service, beauty centre, etc. It’s also very close (200 m) to the famous 4-star Alfamar Hotel Beach & Sport Resort (near Olhos de Água, Albufeira), with its famous sports centre, with outdoor and indoor swimming pools.
