Location is everything!... so whether you're a beach or pool lover, this 2 bedroom apartment is PERFECT as you really can't get much closer to both the beach and the swimming pool!! This apartment enjoys one of the BEST positions on the whole complex as it has an enviable front-line beach and sea view location at the 5* Sunset Beach Club. It is just a few steps from both Calis Beach (with FREE sunloungers, parasols and playground) and looks out onto one of the 6 on-site swimming pools (which includes 1 indoor pool) and 3 kids splash pools. It is also very close to all the main facilities such as the poolside bar, snack bar, restaurant, mini-market plus there even a gym, sauna, Turkish bath, beauty treaments and massage treatments. The excellent ground floor position makes it easily accessable for all ages. You can have family fun in the numerous pools, enjoy the amazing sunsets over the beach with a glass of wine on your patio or make friends at the nearby poolside bar. Being so close to the sea means that you will benefit from any sea breezes - which is an added bonus during the hot summer months! This 2 bedroom apartment is well suited for FAMILIES or COUPLES seeking a fun beach/ pool holiday on a complex with outstanding facilities. The Sunset Beach Club really has everything you could be looking for whilst on holiday. Please note complex facilities are available from 1st April - 31st October. This apartment is great for a self-catering holiday and benefits from air-conditioning throughout (an absolute MUST in Turkey during the summer months). With a double and twin bedroom, it is perfect for 1 or 2 couples, or a family of up to 5 (when using the sofa bed in the lounge or a travel cot). Please note that the sofa bed is for use by children only. We can arrange cot and highchair hire if travelling with a baby/ young child. Due to its exclusive position, the patio doors open out onto the patio which has maginficent views of the swimming pool, the beach and sea. It has an outdoor dining table and 4 chairs (this is the dining table referred to above) so is a perfect place for an al-fresco breakfast or lunch. There are 4 sunloungers which also belong to this apartment. For your entertainment, the comfortable lounge features a TV and a DVD player so you can bring your favourite films/ kids programmes to watch during your holiday. WI-FI Internet access is available within Sunset Beach (near the gym) so you can bring your own laptop on holiday to use. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, large fridge freezer as well as all the essential cultery and crockery for a self-catering holiday. The bathroom features wc, basin, plus a bath with shower over it (quite a luxury as a bath is quite rare in Turkey!) and washing machine (it is very common for this to be plumbed in the bathroom in Turkey). The main bedroom has patio doors and lovely pool views, and has a double bed, wardrobe, drawers, 2 bedside cabinets as well as a safe and hairdryer. The second bedroom features twin beds, a large wardrobe and a bedside cabinet. Please note that this is a NO SMOKING apartment however the owners will allow smoking on the patio. When you are ready for some activities, there are lots of watersports available and a beach volleyball court. A short 10 minute stroll brings you to Calis promenade with laid-back bars and many restaurants.The surrounding area of Fethiye, Hisaronu and Olu Deniz can all be reached by public transport (dolmus) which means that NO CAR HIRE is required when staying here. GUEST FEEDBACK: Wow, where do I start! From the moment we pulled up outside at 3am I knew it was going to be a fantastic holiday. The 24 hour security guard helped us with our cases to the apartment and showed us in. The next day I opened the curtains and nearly fell over. The view was breathtaking and the pool was about 4 steps away. We were straight in there for a lazy day (you need it after a night flight). Upon returning to the apartment, we had a proper look around it. It is lovely. ...nicely decorated, fresh and lots of room. There was 2 of us but would easily fit 4-5, especially with having 2 bedrooms. The shower was fantastic (not a dribble like you usually get abroad) and there's even a bath if you the time or need a soak. A gentle stroll along the promenade brings you to whatever you want ... a romantic meal, family get together, lively night out, dancing, entertainment. All I can say is that 1 week was not enough to see it all, but we also had a lovely chilled out time. We will definitely be back and are already looking forward to it!! Its a stone throw from the swimming pool, a stride away from the beach. All amenities such as bar, supermarket, fitness etc. are all within 2 minutes walk from the apartment.
