Prices are subject to Change at owner’s discretion. However prices at time of securing booking will stand. For bookings made more than 6 weeks before arrival date a 30 percent deposit is required to secure the booking and must be sent with a specified period after submitting your booking form or paid via paypal. The balance must then be paid on or before 6 weeks prior to arrival date. Cancellation within this period last six weeks period to check in will only result in a refund less the deposit and any other rental short fall if we are a able to re let the period. For bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival date the total balance must be made to secure a booking. Cancellations within this period are not allowed. However every effort will be made to re let the apartment if you need to cancel. If fully successful payment excluding deposit i.e. excluding 30 percent will be refunded. A security deposit of 100 GBP in cleared fund is payable at or before check in. This is refunded within ten working days of check out or at check out when possible if no damage to property or content or excessive cleaning needs. Check in is flexible BUT preferred Check in time is from 14.00 to 20.00 hrs earlier or later check in time can be arranged when available Check out time is by 11.00hrs. Discount usually available for bookings of up to two weeks. Please enquire If your dates are already booked above please ask about our other apartments. AIRPORT PICK UP CAN BE ARRANGED IF REQUIRED
