A steep, windy road leads up to the villa through olive groves which surround the swimming pool and culminate in spectacular views of Capri and the Bay of Naples. The villa has two large apartments and 5 mini-apartments. To the rear is a lovely shady patio with a BBQ area and lawn garden. Following a short path leads guests up to the next level where there is an enormous 12 X 8 metre swimming pool, which has gorgeous 360 degree panoramic views of Capri, Ischia, Vesuvius and the Gulf of Naples, making you feel like you are on top of the world. You can spend sunny days lounging around and topping up your suntan in the furnished sun deck area with an olive and lemon tree backdrop. All the apartments have air-conditioning and are well furnished. There is also a car park for guests arriving by car. Circe apartment: The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a light and airy open plan sitting/dining room with double sofa bed and a fully-furnished, modern kitchen and breakfast area (hob, oven, fridge/freezer and microwave oven). It boasts big panoramic windows and sliding doors onto a private patio and garden. There is one double room with ensuite and one twin room both with patio doors and a utility room (with washing machine and second fridge) and another bathroom. The fridge will contain essential items which you may require when you arrive. Sky light Annex: This open plan, studio partment can accommodate up to 4 people. It has 1 bedroom with a double bed and optional extra bed, a bathroom and open plan kitchen/lounge/dining room with large glass windows making it extremely bright. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge. The private garden with spectacular views of Capri and the Bay of Naples. Capri Apartment: There is a comfortable bedroom and the entire central wall is made of glass, therefore offering stunning views of the beautiful island of Capri with its Faraglioni. The Capri Apartment is for two people, but it can be connected to the Ischia Apartment, so providing a comfortable apartment suitable for a family of 4. There is lcd 32" digital, terrestrial and satellite TV, internet connection. In the centre of the apartment there is a modern circular table. The Ischia Apartment is for two people, but it can be connected to the Capri Apartment, so providing a comfortable apartment suitable for a family of 4. Vesuvio Apartment: The Vesuvius apartment is a comfortable bedroom with view of Vesuvius and the old village of Annunziata. With two balconies, windows in the middle of the room, the room is lit naturally by the Bay of Naples lights, especially in the early hours of the morning when the sun rises. Drops of Capri Suite: This suite is a comfortable and spacious room with sofa bed therefore giving the flexibility of becoming a quadruple, ideal for families with two children.
