October to April: Eu. 800, except for Easter Week (1000) and Xmas week (1100); May: Eu. 900; June ans September: Eu. 1000; July: Eu. 1100; August: Eu. 1200. Prices include: One set of bed linen per bed per week, 1 hand towel per person per week, gas and water consumption, electric energy consumption up to 100KW/week (energy consumption in excess will be withheld from security deposit), cleaning before Guests' arrival. All taxes included. Prices do not include: The following costs are to be paid to the Villa Owner upon arrival: Final Cleaning EURO 60 - Heating during the cooler season: EURO 80 weekly. A refundable Breakage Deposit of EURO 300 is to be handed over to the Villa Owner upon arrival to cover possible damages to the property, and will be returned to Guests upon departure. Please bring your own beach towels.
