The property is located in a very picturesque medieval village only 10 minutes drive from the city of Lucca. It has large rooms, 2 double bedded rooms with room for an extra single bed if required. There is a large elegant sitting room with large screen SKY TV and a sofa which can also be used as a double sofabed. The kitchen is completely equipped, with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster etc. A small bathroom with over bath shower, toilet and bidet, and a small garden with seating for eating outside, stone barbeque and toys for the children. Owner is English and lives on site in an apartment below the property, on hand for translation, itineraries, advice etc but in no way obtrusive.

There are a number of beaches within a half hour to an hour radius of the property, including Viareggio, Pietrasanta, Forte dei Marmi - which have exclusive private beaches, where an umbrella, seating and the convenience of their facilities and combed beach can be hired for around 20 - 30Euros per day. Other free beaches are also nearby and Livorno and the beautiful White Sands are only an hours drive away.
