We require a 20 deposit to confirm the reservation This is non refundable 46 weeks prior to your reservation date we require an additional 40 of the total amount The remaining 40 is payable on arrival If you book a holiday less than 6 weeks prior to your arrival date 60 is required on booking and the balance of 40 is payable on arrival We require a 200 or 300 euro deposit If there are any breakages the amount is discounted If there are no breakages then the full amount is returned to you One week after your holiday this enables us to check the apartment thoroughly after you have vacated the property The cleaning and laundry fee is paid separately by the client This is paid upon arrival
