Calabay Parc is an ideal location; 10 minutes drive to Disneys main entrance and only 4 minutes drive to Champions Gate, where there is a PGA Championship Golf Course, designed by Greg Norman and a 24 hour supermarket, Italian and French Restaurants, MacDonalds, Takeaways and Video Rental. There are also plenty of excellent restaurants to choose from on the 192, which is only 5 minutes drive away. Staying at our vacation home will be an experience you will never forget. The villa backs onto a conservation area and enjoys lovely views in the evenings as the sun sets. The deck area has been extended and, whilst it enjoys full sun all day there is also a large area of shade. Pool heating is available at an additional cost (recommended mid Oct - mid April) and the whole pool area is screened which provides a bug free environment. The doors to the pool area are fitted with safety alarms. The living room has a 32” TV and entertainment centre and enjoys lovely views over conservation land. There is a separate den with 27” TV and DVD and upstairs there is a games area with play station. There are five bedrooms in total; three master suites with ensuite bathrooms and 2 twin rooms (one has a disney theme) which share a further bathroom. The den has a sofa bed which allows this room to be used as an additional guest room. There are three dining areas; a formal dining room, a breakfast nook and an outdoor covered dining area with ceiling fan. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the crockery and cutlery you will need and there is a separate utility area with laundry facilities. You can be assured that if you need any additional information or assistance during your stay our management company is available 24 hours a day and nothing is too much trouble for them.
