Our house is a three bedroom end of terrace house on three floors. It has a good size kitchen and living room on the ground floor. The sleeping accommodation consists of one double room and two twin rooms. The main bathroom is on the first floor and another toilet is situated downstairs. The top floor contains one of the twin bedrooms and a good size sun terrace which is a lovely place to spend the evenings or for topping up the tan during the day. All modern conveniences are supplied although you are required to provide your own beach towels. Because our house is at the end of the terrace we have much more room to relax outdoors. We have extended our front patio area to provide more space for dining out or just taking the sun. A large tiled area at the back and side of the house allows you plenty of room to enjoy the benefits of the gas B.B.Q. supplied. The house is part of a mixed development of two bed apartments and two and three bed houses constructed in four phases each around a central landscaped area. All the houses have off street parking. There is a very large communal swimming pool within 30m of the house with a large maintained area surrounding it for relaxing, taking the sun and generally mixing with the neighbours. While we are within easy reach of the pool we are not at the poolside. There is a very nice mix of permanent residents, visiting owners and holidaymakers in the estate which creates a safe and friendly atmosphere in the area. There is a very good community spirit in the area and you will find yourself feeling at home here very quickly.
