The weather in this region is Hot Summers and Mild Winters with occasional rain in winter months. This region is the warmest and most perfect climate out of the whole of Turkey.

About Transport
The beach is a stunning stretch of 7km.It is named as 'Turtle Beach' because the famous Caretta Caretta turtles come there and lay their eggs, its a nesting ground for them. So it is protected.
The drive in the car is about 15 minutes, it is very scenic driving through the pine forest and looking at the views along the way.
You can also get to the other end of the beach by boat. This is also a treat as you meander through the reeds, past the Rock Tombs and this is very relaxing. This takes about 30 minutes but is well worth it!
