The detached villa has a large sun terrace, plus spacious living room, with separate, fully fitted kitchen with all utensils and crockery provided. Three bedrooms (two double, one single) share a full bathroom, one double bedroom has its own shower/toilet room. Bath towels and bedding are also provided, but guests should bring their own beach towels. The villa has very comfortable furniture with an 8 seater dining table in the sun terrace. The large garden gets the sun all day and we provide table, chairs and sunloungers. The communal pool, visible from the terrace, is shared by the small urbanisation and is open mid June to mid September (dates vary). Our guests can access the pool through a garden gate. The beautiful beach is only a short stroll and has beach bars and a small supermarket. There are bars and restaurants within walking distance with a much larger selection of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and variety of shops in Miami Playa, a 5 minute drive from the property. The nearby campsite has a larger supermarket plus an ice cream parlour, pizzeria, internet cafe and numerous bars/restaurants. A regular bus service runs from outside the urbanisation to and from the town of Montroig into Miami Playa. Many villas within Miami Playa need the use of a car to access the beaches and shops. Our villa's proximity to the nearest long beach means you don't always have to take the car and can spend as many days as you like relaxing with a cool drink and enjoy the local cuisine. Previous guests have described the nearby Riviera Restaurant as having the best Mediterranean food they had tasted on their tour of Europe.
