Sleeps 6/10. 3 bedroom waterfront house with 2 full baths and a 1/2 bath on 1st floor. It is a 5 block walk to New York City’s mass transit system. The train to downtown Manhattan is an approximately 45 min ride. Beautiful views of the Manhattan skyline and breathtaking sunsets. 5 - 10 mins to Rockaway Beach. There are towels & sheets; however, they are not changed daily. There are also cooking utensils, etc. and small grocery stores as well as a laundry mat within walking distance. There is one queen and a double pull out sofa 3rd floor sleeps 4 There is a queen or twin beds in one bedroom 2nd floor and a queen bed in other 2nd floor bedroom sleeps 4 There is a double pull out sofa living room 1st floor sleeps 2 Total 10
