They are both freestanding, single storey stone villas with similar internal layouts. Situated amongst the beautiful tended gardens on the hillside overlooking Gerakas, their desirable location and high quality finishes provide a refined yet understated luxury. Both are well equipped and superbly furnished and decorated with a relaxed flair. The spacious and light living-dining area comes complete with lounge setting and extra seating, coffee table, satellite TV, dining table and chairs, and features a corner open fire-place. The open-plan kitchen area is very well equipped with electric hob, fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee maker and kettle. The very stylish, glossy-tiled bathroom is fitted with shower, hand-basin and WC. There are 2 separate bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin, and come completely furnished with wardrobe, bedside tables with lamps, set of draws and mirror. The large, covered veranda to the front of the villa is furnished with outdoor table and chairs, providing the perfect position for alfresco dining while gazing over the gardens towards the blue of the Ionian Sea. Both villas also have access to a private walking path to Gerakas beach, away from the main road and flanked by the pine forest and olive groves. Mini market, bars and tavernas offering freshly prepared local food are a 5-10 min stroll away. Both Villas are also fully equipped with central heating system, making them suitable for a relaxing, out of season break.
