Sleeps 4-5 These 2 properties are located amongst gorgeous, lush green gardens, backed by pine forested hills. Ionio beach, Zakynthos’ longest sandy beach, is only a 10 min walk away. Grocery stores, bars and tavernas are a 5 min stroll away, so everything you need is close at hand. The villas are almost identical and are both beautifully furnished and lovingly decorated to create a warm, homely feel, and are packed with rustic charm. There are 2 separate bedrooms in each property – one double and one triple, and come furnished with a wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps, and chest of draws. Both bedrooms have double French patio table and chairs. The terrace overlooks a private garden surrounded by flowering trees and shrubs, and comes with sun beds and garden setting. The kitchen-dining area is at the rear of the property, and comes well equipped with an electric oven, fridge/freezer, mini-dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster, and plenty of storage space. In each villa there are 2 bathrooms with wash-basin and WC, one with a shower and the other a bath. The villas are also equipped with air-conditioning and a washing-machine (extra charges apply), and satellite TV. All windows and doors are fitted with mosquito screens.
