Inside, the villa is very spacious, comfortably furnished and lovingly decorated to create a cosy environment packed with rustic charm. The villa has four bedrooms, 1 on the ground floor and 3 upstairs. The ground floor bedroom is furnished with a single and double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and lamps, chest of draws and mirror. Through to the spacious living area which is fully furnished with couches, chairs, coffee table and satellite TV, it also features an open fireplace, a small chaise-longue and plenty of windows letting in lots of natural light. The balcony on the front of the house is furnished and perfect for alfresco dining. The small private garden area is surrounded by numerous trees and flowering shrubs, and sun beds for relaxing in the sun or shade. The kitchen-dining area is a very generous size and fully equipped with electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and kettle, plus plenty of storage space, and the dining table and chairs. The first bathroom is also on the ground floor with shower, hand basin and WC. On the first floor the 3 remaining bedrooms are all furnished with 2 single beds, wardrobe and/or chest of draws, mirror, bedside tables and lamps. The second bathroom is with bath, hand basin and WC. To the front of the villa there is a small covered balcony with gorgeous sea views to the Peloponnese. Ionio beach, Zakynthos’ longest sandy beach, is only a 10 min walk away. Grocery stores, bars and tavernas are a 5 min stroll away, so everything you need for a perfect relaxing holiday is close at hand.
