As owners of the apartment we can substantially discount the hotel rates and provide booking reference direct from reception. You will be able to check in as for a hotel. Cleaning is weekly.There are 2 bathrooms with one bathroom having a jacuzzi bath. There is sky TV. There are 2 swimming pools one being a childs. There is also a jacuzzi in the gardens and a beach type bar within the gardens. There is parking within the resort for your car. Behind the resort is a small park with a toddler playground. The resort is about 10 minutes walk to central Puerto Banus and the marina. There is a large /lounge dining room with balcony, separate kitchen and adjacent utility room totally equipped with all appliances and 2 double bedrooms. One bedroom is very large and has its own roof balcony with high ceilings and adjacent all marble bathroom with jacuzzi bath etc.
