Recently renovated, it is a home from home and offers well equipped, spacious accommodation. It has a great layout, providing spacious living area with open plan dining room and kitchen, a ground floor WC and access to a the master bedroom with double bed and en suite shower room/WC and doors leading out on to the terrace. The first floor has 2 large double rooms with an independant bathroom with shower and WC. There is a private terrace area with BBQ and there is parking. The property has access to the communal gardens, sundeck and pool area.
