We offer the 2 newest, very cosy, apartments (2-4 and 2-6 persons)in the small but absolutely beautifuly located and beloved mountainvillage of St.Urban. Both apartments are easily accesible on the ground floor and opposite to each other with a practical entrance hall in between. The view from the large terrace just in front is realy magnificent ! A grill-facility, the garden-furniture and a.o. a giant trampoline for children as well as sufficient privat parkingplaces are at your disposal. We dare to say that we are renowned for our hospitality, the excellent breakfastservice (option: see website) and the beautiful location with refreshing mountain air.Although Haus Livia is situated in a very quit neighboorhood (on a sunny platform), you are only 15 min. of walking distance away from the villagecentre with a small supermarket, bank, tourismoffice... and only 300m (!)from the christalclear, romantical lake of St.Uban. We are very easily reachable from the Airport of Klagenfurt (www.klagenfurt/airport.com), it is only a 25 min. drive away and at wish we can of course offer transport service. At the airport there are several firms to hire a car, and of course we can can also arrange this at wish. There are a.o. nearly every day direct flights coming in from London Stansted and daily from Vienna. We are situated in bewteen Villach and Klagenfurt, the nearest highwayexits at about 25 km. Nearby (7 km) is the small town of Feldkirchen with over 100 shops and 6 big supermarkets, so if you need ingredients for the kitchen..you'll find it definitely there.
